Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date. You can change or cancel your subscription anytime in your account or by emailing us.

Lost or damaged packages
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at support@holypup.com and we will make it right.
